Has no shine. This piece is crinkle silk, so it has a kind of textured look & feels great if you’re into textiles. Sheer fabric.

This is loose on all sizes up to 16, so expect it to have lots of room, I’m a size ten and love wearing mine, I can wrap it around with a belt for a more funky look.
